SHIPPING POLICY
Shipments Via Australia Post:
Eternal Source ships all parcels weighing less than 20kg using registered mail or express post via Australia Post. This enables our customers to easily track the status of their parcels.
Shipments Via Courier:
Some of our bulkier items weighing over 20kg (such as the Aerobin Composting System) are delivered via courier.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Where possible, all orders for delivery in Australia will be delivered within 7 working days from confirmation of order. If delivery cannot be completed within this time frame, customers will be notified accordingly.
Where
possible, all international orders will be dispatched within 3 days of receipt of order. International Customers will be notified of the estimated shipping time by a member of our customer service team within 48 hours of placing their order.
Calculating Your Shipping Rate:
Our website automatically calculates your shipping rates based on:
- the total cubic weight of the items you have selected in your shopping cart; AND
- your shipping location.
To check what your shipping rate will be, you can follow the below steps:
- Add all selected items to your Shopping Basket.
- Once you are on the "View Your Shopping Cart" page you will see a full list of items in your shopping cart. If you are happy with this list, you can then click the “Checkout” button (located on the bottom right hand side of the page).
- Once you are on the "Checkout Details" page, you then fill in all of your shipping details.
- Once you select your Country and State, the page will automatically refresh and our system will calculate the shipping charge for you based on your parcel weight and shipping location.
- You will then see your shipping charge underneath the "Sub-Total" line.
- If you are happy with your new "Order Total" (which includes shipping) you can then proceed to fill in your "Payment Method" details and, once filled in, you can click the "Complete Checkout" which will complete your order.
- If you are not happy with your new "Order Total" you can simply close the web page and your order will not proceed any further.
Shipping Locations:
Australian Shipments: Eternal Source ships products to every domestic location in Australia that is currently serviced by Australia Post.
International Shipments: Eternal Source ships products to every international location currently serviced by Australia Post. See "International Shipping Locations" for a fill list of countries we deliver to.
