resources (such as non-genetically modified starch derived from corn or
potato), biodegradable polyester (mainly derived from non-GMO vegetable
oils) & natural plasticisers (made from non-GMO vegetable oils,
free from Phthalates).
Eco Tips:
Recycling:
- The BioToilet is made from recyclable plastic and can be recycled at the end of its life cycle.
BioBags in the environment:
- While BioToilet bags work best when placed in composting or waste treatment plants, they will biodegrade in any
environment containing bacteria - whether a compost heap, the soil
or the sea.
- Because the BioToilet bags is heavier than water, the bag will
sink from the surface and biodegrade at the bottom of the sea, river or
lake.
- While this does not eliminate the hazard for marine wildlife, it significantly reduces it.
- Please dispose of your BioToilet bags mindfully!
