How to Use - Body Soothe:

• Apply sparingly all over the body. Best used after showering or bathing when skin is still moist.
• Use daily

How to Use - Body Polish:

• Use morning or night, 1 - 2 times a week.
• In the shower or bath, apply to moist skin. Gently massage all over body, concentrating on dry / flaky areas. Do not scrub vigorously. Rinse off well.
